1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AEVUM website, aevumbysmoothnaturals.com, and your purchase of products offered through the website. The website and AEVUM brand are operated by Smooth Naturals LLC (“AEVUM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing this website, creating an order, or purchasing a product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and all policies incorporated into them by reference.

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase research compounds from AEVUM.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase products through it.

2. Research Compounds & Intended Use

FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY. NOT FOR HUMAN OR VETERINARY USE.

Products identified by AEVUM as research compounds are offered exclusively for lawful laboratory, analytical, educational, or research purposes.

Research compounds offered through AEVUM:

  • Are not intended for human or veterinary consumption or administration.

  • Are not represented or sold as drugs, medications, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements.

  • Are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

  • Have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human therapeutic use.

  • Must be handled, stored, used, and disposed of in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and appropriate research practices.

Information appearing on the AEVUM website is provided for general informational and educational purposes and should not be interpreted as medical advice, prescribing information, dosing guidance, or instructions for human use.

Nothing on this website constitutes authorization to use any product in violation of applicable law, regulation, patent, or intellectual-property right.

3. Purchaser Representations

By purchasing a research compound from AEVUM, you represent and agree that:

  • You are at least 21 years of age.

  • You understand that products designated Research Use Only are not intended for human or veterinary use.

  • You are purchasing the product solely for lawful research or analytical purposes.

  • You are responsible for understanding the characteristics, handling requirements, hazards, storage requirements, and legal restrictions applicable to the product.

  • You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, possession, handling, storage, use, and disposal of the product.

  • You will not use, resell, market, or distribute a research compound for any purpose inconsistent with its stated Research Use Only designation.

AEVUM reserves the right to request additional information regarding an order and may refuse or cancel an order when we reasonably believe a purchase is inconsistent with these Terms or applicable law.

4. Product Information & Certificates of Analysis

AEVUM makes reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, specifications, images, and other information accurately. However, product packaging, appearance, specifications, or other details may change without notice.

Certificates of Analysis (“COAs”) may be made available for certain products or batches. COAs provide the analytical information reported for the applicable sample or batch and should be reviewed according to the specific tests and results identified in the certificate.

AEVUM may redact supplier-identifying or internal reference information from customer-facing COAs to protect proprietary sourcing relationships. Analytical results, testing data, and laboratory findings presented in a COA will not be intentionally altered by AEVUM.

Availability of a COA should not be interpreted as FDA approval, approval for human use, or a representation that a research compound is appropriate for any therapeutic or medical purpose.

5. Orders & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated and may change without notice.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed for shipment.

Available payment methods and payment instructions will be provided during checkout or following submission of an order, as applicable.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate order, contact, payment, and shipping information.

AEVUM reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order due to product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, suspected violation of these Terms, legal or regulatory considerations, or other reasonable business concerns.

If AEVUM cancels an order after payment has been received, any amount due to the customer will be handled in accordance with the applicable payment method and AEVUM policies.

6. Shipping, Refunds & Order Issues

Shipping terms, processing information, delivery responsibilities, damaged-package procedures, refunds, and other order-related matters are governed by AEVUM's separate Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Payment & Shipping Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address.

AEVUM is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, weather events, governmental actions, or other force-majeure events, subject to applicable law.

7. Assumption of Responsibility & Limitation of Liability

Research compounds require appropriate knowledge, facilities, procedures, and handling practices. The purchaser assumes responsibility for the lawful possession, handling, storage, research use, and disposal of products purchased from AEVUM.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Smooth Naturals LLC and AEVUM, including their owners, employees, representatives, agents, and affiliates, shall not be liable for injuries, losses, claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse, unauthorized use, improper handling, improper storage, unlawful use, or use of a research compound contrary to its stated Research Use Only designation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

8. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Smooth Naturals LLC, AEVUM, and their respective owners, employees, representatives, agents, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or reasonable legal expenses arising from your unlawful use, misuse, unauthorized use, handling, storage, resale, distribution, or disposal of products purchased through AEVUM, or from your material violation of these Terms.

This provision does not require you to indemnify AEVUM for liability that cannot lawfully be transferred or waived.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the AEVUM name, branding, logos, website design, original photographs, graphics, product presentation, written content, and other original materials appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Smooth Naturals LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
