Have questions about AEVUM? Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions about our products, ordering process, payment, shipping, documentation, and research-use-only policies.

1. What is AEVUM?

AEVUM by Smooth Naturals LLC offers research compounds and related research materials intended exclusively for lawful laboratory, analytical, educational, and research purposes.

Products designated Research Use Only (RUO) are not intended for human or veterinary use and are not sold or represented as drugs, medications, dietary supplements, medical devices, or diagnostic products.

2. What does “Research Use Only” mean?

Research Use Only means that a product is offered exclusively for lawful laboratory, analytical, educational, or research purposes.

RUO products are not intended for human or veterinary use or administration.

AEVUM does not provide medical advice, dosing instructions, treatment recommendations, protocols, or guidance regarding administration of RUO products to humans or animals.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase, possession, handling, and use of research materials comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Who can purchase from AEVUM?

Purchases from AEVUM are restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older.

By creating an account or placing an order, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement, that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that products designated Research Use Only are being purchased solely for lawful research purposes.

AEVUM reserves the right to request additional information and to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when eligibility or intended use cannot reasonably be verified or appears inconsistent with our Research Use Only policies.

4. Do I need an account to purchase?

Yes. AEVUM may require customers to create an account before accessing certain products, pricing, or purchasing features.

Account information must be accurate and current. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity conducted through their account.

5. Why do I have to confirm that I am 21 or older?

AEVUM restricts purchases to customers who are 21 years of age or older.

Age confirmation is one of the measures AEVUM uses to restrict access to individuals who do not meet our purchasing requirements.

Age confirmation does not replace any other eligibility, research-use, or order-review requirements that may apply.

6. What payment methods does AEVUM accept?

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may change from time to time.

Customers should use only the payment options presented through AEVUM’s official checkout process.

7. When is my order confirmed?

Submitting an order does not automatically constitute acceptance of the order by AEVUM.

Orders may be subject to eligibility, payment, availability, fraud-prevention, and Research Use Only compliance review before processing.

AEVUM reserves the right to request additional information or refuse, limit, or cancel an order when appropriate.

8. How long does it take to process my order?

For in-stock products, orders are generally processed within 48 business hours after the order has been accepted and payment has been successfully received.

Pre-order products may require additional processing time and may take approximately 10–14 business days after payment has been received before shipment.

Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, order review, and other circumstances.

9. Where does AEVUM ship?

AEVUM currently ships to U.S. domestic addresses only.

A flat-rate shipping charge of $11.00 applies to domestic orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address and for ensuring that the purchase and possession of ordered products are lawful in their jurisdiction.

10. What happens after my order ships?

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s handling and transit processes.

Customers should monitor their tracking information and promptly contact AEVUM if an order arrives incorrect or damaged so the circumstances can be reviewed.

11. Does AEVUM accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of AEVUM products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.

Customers should carefully review their order before completing their purchase.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact AEVUM promptly after delivery so the issue can be reviewed.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

12. What are Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?

Certificates of Analysis, commonly referred to as COAs, are quality-related documents associated with a particular product or lot when available.

Depending upon the documentation provided for a product, a COA may contain product identification, testing specifications, analytical results, purity information, testing dates, or other relevant information.

COAs and related documentation may originate from an applicable vendor, laboratory, or shared testing group. AEVUM does not represent that it performed the testing reflected in a document unless expressly stated otherwise.

13. Where can I find COAs?

When available, product-specific COAs and other quality documentation may be provided through the Quality & COAssection of the AEVUM website or through the applicable product page.

Documentation may change as new product lots become available.

Certain supplier-identifying, contact, or commercially sensitive information may be redacted to protect confidential business relationships while retaining relevant product identification, testing information, and analytical results.

14. How should AEVUM products be stored and handled?

Research materials should be received, stored, and handled in accordance with applicable research requirements and any documentation accompanying the specific product.

Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate research handling and storage practices after delivery.

AEVUM is not responsible for degradation resulting from improper storage, handling, contamination, temperature exposure, or other conditions occurring after delivery.

15. Can I cancel my order?

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. An order is not considered fully accepted until AEVUM has completed any applicable order review and payment requirements.

AEVUM reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, payment issues, eligibility concerns, suspected fraud, or circumstances indicating that an order may be inconsistent with AEVUM’s Research Use Only policies.

If AEVUM cancels an order after payment has been received, the customer will be contacted regarding the applicable resolution.

16. Are AEVUM research products intended for human or veterinary use?

No.

Products designated Research Use Only are intended exclusively for lawful laboratory, analytical, educational, and research purposes and are not intended for human or veterinary use.

They are not sold or represented as food or dietary supplements, drugs or medications, medical devices, diagnostic products, or products intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent disease or medical conditions.

17. Can I use AEVUM research products for personal use?

No.

Products designated Research Use Only are not intended for personal use, human administration, or veterinary administration.

AEVUM does not provide instructions regarding dosing, injection, administration, treatment, personal protocols, or other human or veterinary use of RUO products.

Orders that appear inconsistent with AEVUM’s Research Use Only policies may be refused or cancelled.
